Start with a Atv tour on the way to the river
where you can see the dry forest and the
majestic volcanos Tenorio and Miravalles Upon
arrival at the river, we will gear you up with a life
jacket, helmet, and paddle and then brief you
with a full safety orientation talk. Then it will be time to take off down the rapids.
Tenorio is the name of the river and it is the most important tourist attraction in the region.
In the Upper part, the river is perfect for the practice of the Whitewater Rafting. In the
Lower Part, boat tours, transfers and fishing are important economic activities.
Then, it’s time to hit the rapids. Your guide will steer the raft and give you and your
companions instructions along the thrilling ride. It’s nearly impossible to finish the rafting
course without your heart racing and your smile reaching from ear to ear.
This Tenorio rafting tour is recommended for any adventure-seeker between the ages of
10 and 65. Keep in mind that whitewater rafting is not recommended for pregnant women
and those who are not prepared to handle a day filled with physical activity. The minimum
number of people for this tour is four.
To prepare for the rafting tour, make sure you pack secure and comfortable shoes, a dry
change of clothes and some clothes that you don’t mind getting wet.

forest by ATV where the next stop will be Miravalles Volcano.

Later a day of adrenaline, wind-down and relax in the soothing thermal pools at the base of the volcano.You'll bask in the heat of the hot springs as you rest tired muscles and enjoy a delicious Costa Rican dinner. It's the perfect end to a day filled with adventure!
